This system is ideal for use in a variety of applications and solvent purifications in quality control and research laboratories. The Sepacore system offers economical, fast, and reliable flash separation. Features a modular pump apparatus with pulse-free piston action, an easy-to-use digital flow controller, and a pump manager for controlling binary flash separations. Available as an isocratic or binary flash system.
The isocratic system includes the C-601 pump and the C-610 pump controller. The upgradable isocratic flash system includes a C-615 pump manager, allowing a second pump to be added for binary separations. The binary flash system includes two C-601 pumps and a C-615 pump manager.
The C-601 pump is compact and pulse-free. The radially-arranged three-piston pump is chemically resistant and biocompatible with any solvent. Provides isocratic flash solvent separations with a maximum pressure of 10bar at 250mL/min. Delivers consistent flow rates of 2.5–250mL/min. UL listed. CE marked. CSA certified.
The C-610 pump controller is designed to operate in unison with the C-601 pump while performing isocratic flash separations. Features a backlit LCD display and an easy-to-use control dial. Equipped with an RS-485 interface.
The C-615 pump manager is designed to operate up to two C-601 pumps simultaneously while performing precise binary flash gradient functions and separations. Can also operate one pump while performing isocratic separations. Features an easy-to-use control dial and a backlit graphical LCD display to allow easy viewing of solvent gradients. Various inputs/outputs are available for optional accessories, such as solvent valves. The C-615 can adjust individual flow rates from 0–100% up to 250mL/min. Calculates set programming as well as solvent and time consumption. Equipped with RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces.
Chemically resistant transparent polypropylene cartridges are pre-packed with silica gel.
The 12mm and 40mm cartridge adapters are required to connect the column to the flash chromatography system.
The injection valve accessory can be used for sample injections of 0–5mL. The system stand is compatible with the C-601 pump for space-saving fixation of cartridges, columns, and injection systems. The solvent valve set, compatible with the C-615 pump manager, enables control of two different solvent reservoirs per pump module.
